Troubleshooting

Opening UniTV Issues

When I switch to UniTV, I get a blank screen.

First, make sure your Uniper box is plugged into an outlet. When you look at your Uniper box you should see a solid green light on the front of the box. If there isn’t a light, make sure that the box’s power cord is connected to a power outlet and to Port 2 on your box.

If the box is plugged in to the outlet but you still have a blank screen, make sure your box is plugged into your TV and cable box. Look at the Uniper box and make sure there are HDMI cords plugged into Port 3 and Port 4. Follow the cord in Port 3 and make sure it is plugged into your TV, then follow the cord in Port 4 and make sure it is plugged into your cable box. If you do not use a cable box with your UniTV, you do not need a HDMI cord in Port 4.

Finally, look at your TV remote. You may see a button that says Source or Input; slowly press this button a few times to cycle through your TV’s sources to see if you find your UniTV.

If you continue to have issues, please contact our support team at 1-888-471-7623.

If your router is plugged in and on but you still don’t see it, please contact our support team at 1-888-471-7623.
