Did you know you can send activity reminders via text message, phone call, email, and as Uniper Pop-ups? This article will walk you through setting up and using your reminders.
Selecting Your Reminders Settings
Text, Email, and Phone Call Reminders
To select what types of reminders you get, use the left and right arrows on your Uniper Remote to move to the Settings tile, then press the OK button to open your settings.
Inside your Settings tile, use the arrow buttons to select the Reminder Settings, then press the OK button.
Here you can choose if you get text message, email, and phone call reminders. You can move between the different types of reminders using the up and down arrow buttons.
NOTE: If you do not have a mobile phone number or email associated with your Uniper account, you cannot receive text message or email reminders.
Toggle your reminders On and Off by selecting the type of reminder and pressing OK. When you have finished adjusting your reminders, press the Back button on your Uniper Remote once to return to your settings, or press the Home button to return to your home screen.
TV Pop-Up Reminders
To adjust your TV pop-up reminders, use the left and right arrows on your Uniper Remote to move to the Settings tile, then press the OK button to open your settings.
Use the up, down, left, and right arrow buttons to select the TV Reminders button, then press the OK button to toggle the setting on and off. Once you have finished changing your TV reminder settings, press the Back or Home button to return to your Uniper home screen.
Setting An Activity Reminder
To set a reminder for a future activity, use the left and right arrows on your Uniper Remote to move to the My Schedule tile, then press the OK button to open your available activities.
Use the up, down, left, and right buttons to find the activity you would like to set a reminder for.
Press the OK button to set your activity reminder; you will receive a reminder on all devices you have reminders turned on for.
Turning Off An Activity Reminder
To turn off a reminder for a future activity, use the left and right arrows on your Uniper Remote to move to the My Schedule tile, then press the OK button to open your available activities.
Use the left, right, up, and down arrow buttons to find the activity you had set a reminder for.
Press the OK button to turn off the reminder.
Troubleshooting
I’m not getting my reminders!
Check to make sure you have your reminders turned on in your settings, then double check the the activity you want to set a reminder for to make sure you have your reminder set for that activity.
