Members

Direct Calls for UniTV HD & UniTV Direct Members

Members with UniTV HD (UniPass) and UniTV Direct (UniCast) boxes can now receive direct calls from your care partner! These calls display over your regular activities in an easy to see pop-up, as shown below.

This pop-up will look a little different for members who use tablets:

If you have more than one device associated with your Uniper account, the call will ring on your TV.

The web version of Uniper does not currently support direct calls.

Care Partners

Care partners can now make direct calls to users with UniTV HD (UniPass) and UniTV Direct (UniCast) devices! This functions the same way as the direct calling feature for legacy devices— you simply log into UniManage, open your members list by clicking ‘Start Direct Call’ under the Direct Calls drop down, and click the ‘Call’ button next to the member you want to call.
