Uniper Web Troubleshooting Tips

Having trouble with your Uniper Web account? Here are some troubleshooting tips to help you diagnose or fix the issue!

Lost Password

If you’ve lost your password, first make sure you are entering your username and password correctly. Remember, your username is your email address and your password is your phone number.

If you are sure you are entering the password correctly but still can’t log in, or you have changed your password at another point but cannot remember it, type your username into the username box and then click ‘Forgot your password?’.

NOTE: If you do not type in your username, you will see the error shown above. If you cannot remember your username or do not have access to the email associated with your account, please contact our support team at 1-888-471-7623!

Clicking this link will send a password reset email to the email address associated with your account. If you do not see it after a few moments, check your spam/junk folder. Click the email to open it.

Once you have opened the email, click the ‘Click here to set your password’ link to proceed to the password reset screen.

Click inside each box and enter your new password; remember, passwords are case sensitive, so take note of any capitals or punctuation marks you use! When you are done, click the green arrow button to finish resetting your password.

Return to the login screen and type in your username and new password, then click ‘Log in’.
