Did you know you can set reminders for upcoming activities in your Uniper Web account? Follow the instructions below to receive phone call, email, and text message activity reminders!
Turning On Activity Reminders
To receive reminders, you must first turn on your reminder settings. Start by logging in to your Uniper Web account.
Once you’ve signed in, click the circle in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
Inside the pop-up that appears, click “Reminder Settings” to open your reminder settings.
The pop-up shown above will appear; click the toggle button next to the type of reminder you would like to turn on or off. Any reminders you receive will arrive at the email, phone number, or mobile number associated with your Uniper Web account (as applicable).
NOTE: You must have a mobile phone number associated with your Uniper Web account to receive text messages.
Setting A Reminder For An Activity
On The Today Page
To set a reminder for an activity from the Today page, scroll down until you find the activity you would like to be reminded about, then click the “Remind me” button.
The button will change to say “Reminder on”, as shown above. You will receive reminders via email, phone call, and text message, depending on which types of reminders you have chosen to receive.
To turn a reminder off from the Today page, scroll until you find the activity whose reminder you want to turn off. Click the “Reminder on” button to turn off the reminder.
The button will change to “Remind me”, and you will receive a small notification at the bottom of your screen informing you that the reminder has been removed. You can turn the reminder back on at any point before the activity by clicking the “Remind Me” button again.
On The This Week Page
To add an activity reminder from the This Week page, find the activity you would like to set a reminder for on the This Week page, then click the “Remind me” button.
You will receive a small “Reminder set!” notification at the bottom of your screen, and the “Remind me” button will change to the “Reminder on” button.
To remove a reminder from the This Week page, find the activity whose reminder you want to remove, then click the “Reminder on” button.
You will see a small “The reminder was turned off.” notification appear, and the “Reminder on” button will change back to the “Remind me” button. You can turn the reminder back on at any point before the activity by clicking the “Remind Me” button again.
Troubleshooting
I’m not getting my reminders!
Check to make sure you have your reminders turned on in your settings, then double check the the activity you want to set a reminder for to make sure you have your reminder set for that activity.
