Members
Direct Calls
Members and their family members can now add additional family members as contacts, and family members can add a profile picture to their account!
Adding Additional Family Members Through UniTV
You can now add additional family members to your Calls menu through your UniTV!
WARNING: A contact cannot be added to more than one member account at a time. If you receive an error while trying to add a contact, please contact our Support Team at 1-888-471-7623 or support@unipercare.com!
Start by navigating to the Calls tile in your home menu, then open the tile by pressing the OK button.
Next, navigate to the ‘Add new contact’ Tile and select it with the OK button.
Your UniTV will now take you through the same steps it took you through to set up your first contact:
Start by using the OK button to select ‘Invite family members’.
Next, select the country code for the family member you want to add.
Now enter their 10-digit phone number using your UniMote remote; you can navigate between the numbers on screen using the up, down, left, and right buttons, or you can hold down the mic button and say the number directly into the remote! Once you’ve put the number in, press the OK button to move on to the next step.
Your family member will receive a SMS text message with a link to download the Uniper app. Once they have the app downloaded, they can accept your invitation to connect!

Adding Additional Family Members Through The App
Family members can now add additional contacts to their member’s account through the Uniper app!
WARNING: A contact cannot be added to more than one member account at a time. If you receive an error while trying to add a contact, please contact our Support Team at 1-888-471-7623 or support@unipercare.com!
To add additional contacts to your member’s account, open the Uniper app and tap the Contacts button at the bottom of your screen.
Tap the green button inside the Contacts screen, then grant access to your contacts to continue.
Once you have granted access to your contacts, the app will pull up a list of people you have in your phone. You can tap next to the people you would like to add to your member’s account to select them. You can also search for contacts by typing their name or number into the search bar!
Once you have selected all of the contacts you would like to add, tap the ‘Done’ button in the top right corner to send out your invitations! The selected contacts will receive the SMS invitation shown above.
Contacts that aren’t in your phone can be added by tapping the ‘Invite other Family members’ button. The app will ask for the contact’s country code and phone number, then it will ask for the contact’s name. Once you have entered their information, tap ‘Done’ to send their invitation!

Managing Additional Contacts Through The App
When a contact accepts your invitation, you will receive the notification shown above informing them that your contact has accepted your invitation!
Once you have added some contacts, the Contacts menu will change to list the people you have added to the Uniper app. From this screen you can see who has recently accepted your invitation, resend invitations by tapping ‘Resend’, or add additional contacts by tapping ‘Add Family members’.
Tap any contact to open their detailed entry. Family members using the app can see when the contact was last active on the app and remove them from your member’s contacts by tapping ‘Remove’.

Added Profile Picture to Family Member Setup Process
You can now select or take a profile picture during your app setup process!
After you have put in your phone number and name, you will be prompted to add a profile picture. You can take a new picture by tapping ‘Camera’, select an existing photo on your phone by tapping ‘Photo Library’, or skip this process by tapping ‘Skip’.
Once you have taken or selected a profile photo, it will appear in the circle and the green ‘Next’ button will appear. Pressing the ‘Next’ button will finish your app account setup!

Tablet
Tablet and mobile members now have an easy way to reset a forgotten password. For additional details and other UniMobile troubleshooting tips, you can view the UniMobile Troubleshooting Tips in the Help Center!
Lost Password
To start the process of resetting your tablet/mobile password, tap the ‘Forgot Password?’ button.
You will be asked for the email associated with your account. Note: this email is also your username! If you’ve forgotten your username, please contact our support team at 1-888-471-7623!
You will receive an email with your password inside. You can then type the email and password into the login screen, then tap ‘Login’ to log back in to their account.
