UniMobile App Troubleshooting Tips

Having trouble with your UniMobile tablet or mobile app? Here are some troubleshooting tips to help you diagnose or fix the issue!

Lost Password

If you’ve lost your password to your Uniper app, tap ‘Forgot’ Password?' to start the recovery process.

Put in the email associated with your Uniper account, then tap ‘Get Password’. Tap ‘Back to login’ to return to the login screen.

You will receive an email confirming your password. Type the email and password into the login screen, then tap ‘Login’ to log back in to your account.
